This is our take on Surf and Turf.
Members are invited to join us for this From the Fire series event, heavily inspired by the live-fire cooking legend Francis Mallmann. Expect bold flavors, a little smoke, and dishes designed to be eaten as they come off the grill, with plenty of bread for soaking up broth, butter, and flavor. Wine will be available for purchase by the bottle.
