This October, we welcome Surrell to Walla Walla for a special evening at Revelry.

For one night, 2026 James Beard Award nominee Chef Aaron Tekulve and his crew will join us to create a four-course dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with wines from Revelry.

Based in Seattle, Surrell has built its reputation around intimate, highly seasonal dining experiences and a deep connection to the ingredients and wines of the Pacific Northwest. It’s an approach that feels particularly at home here in Walla Walla, and one we’re excited to bring together with our wines.

Throughout the evening, Chef Aaron will share a little of the story and inspiration behind each course, while we’ll offer some perspective on the wines we’ve chosen to pour alongside them.

With just 36 seats available, this will be an intimate evening and a rare opportunity to experience Surrell here at Revelry.
