A family-style dinner with Winemaker Jared Burns

Join Revelry Vintners founder and winemaker Jared Burns for an evening of food and wine at Seattle’s Flint Creek.

The dinner will unfold over four courses, served family-style, with wines selected by Jared to complement each. The seasonal menu features venison pâté, hanger steak, and fennel-braised wild boar shoulder with parmesan-potato gnocchi, followed by desserts to share. Throughout the evening, Jared will share the stories behind the wines, the vineyards, and the vintages.
